NBA jersey leaks are a regular occurrence in late August and early September. With fashion at a premium and companies eager for your dollar, there will no longer be a single home and road style for the league’s 30 franchises. Each team will feature multiple appearances over the course of 82 games, some more stylish than others.

The Portland Trail Blazers are of course no exception. Courtesy of Twitter user @niranjangfx, we’re getting our first look at a Trail Blazers jersey leak this summer. This is a statement edition jersey. It features deep-cut shoulders, a red hue, and Portland’s famous pinwheel logo emblazoned in black down the center of the front. An underlined number leaves the logo looking like it was spun from a spec sheet by the department’s most junior designer. On the sides are incised stripes of varying thickness, graduated from top to bottom.

So what’s your verdict, Blazers fans? Assuming it’s similar to the final design, is it up to Portland uniform standards or destined for the dustbin? Share your thoughts in the comment section below.
