Rohit Sharma scripts history becomes first captain to win 13 successive T20Is

A wonderful update coming in for all fans and admirers of Rohit Sharma.

The Indian cricket team captain scripted a new world record by clinching his 13th consecutive wins as skipper in T20Is. On Thursday, India managed to win against England by 50 runs in a 199 run chase. With this, India have now taken a 1-0 lead in the T20I. Not just that folks, Rohit also managed to become the second-fastest to 1000 runs as captain in the format.

Rohit Sharma returned to the 22-yard cricket strip for Team India when the Men in Blue played the first T20I, of the three-match series, versus hosts England on Thursday (July 07) in Southampton. Hitman’s presence worked wonders for a second-stringed Indian team, who defeated Jos Buttler & Co. by 50 runs to take a 1-0 lead.
