IRE vs WI, 2nd T20I: Twenty20 International series consisting of three matches between Ireland and the West Indies began Thursday at the Bready Cricket Club. Due to the constant rain, the first T20I was canceled.

The ODI series between the two teams last month ended in a 1-1 draw. England has now defeated the West Indies in all six of their meetings, three of which were ODIs and three of which were T20Is. The final two Twenty20 Internationals scheduled against Ireland will conclude the West Indies’ tour to the United Kingdom. Winning the final two games will be the Men in Maroon’s goal to cap off the tour.
