T20I tri-series between Zimbabwe, South Africa, and New Zealand will take place at the Harare Sports Club in Harare from July 14–26. On Monday (July 14), the 2024 T20 World Cup losing finalists South Africa and hosts Zimbabwe will play the first game of the series. On Wednesday, July 16th, New Zealand will play their first match against South Africa.
Spin bowling all-rounder Mitchell Santner will represent the Kiwis, while South Africa’s skipper will be top-order batsman Rassie van der Dussen. In the absence of Aiden Markram, who has been rested along with Marco Jansen, Keshav Maharaj, David Miller, Ryan Rickelton, Kagiso Rabada, and Tristan Stubbs, the right-handed batter will lead the Proteas.
Brian Bennett, Ryan Burl, Wessly Madhevere, Wellington Masakadza, and Blessing Muzarabani are among the players in the hosts’ side, which will be captained by all-rounder Sikandar Raza.
