ONE Championship’s weekly Asia primetime event series will return to Bangkok, Thailand’s iconic Lumpinee Stadium on Friday, May 9, with another exciting event.

When 19-year-old Thai sensation Junior Fairtex squares up against Myanmar lethwei icon “The Kayan Leopard” Vero in atomweight Muay Thai competition, her goal is to go 8-0 in ONE.
With her rangy hitting style and her top-level experience, Vero will be determined to overcome a loss in her promotional debut and stop her opponent’s hype train. Junior, a true Muay Thai prodigy, appears to have all the makings of a future ONE World Champion.
There is yet more young potential to be seen as 16-year-old knockout artist “Petsam” Nahyan Mohammed will compete in a 112-pound Muay Thai match against Malaysian sensation Adam Sor Dechapan.
In his ONE debut earlier this year, Mohammed took just 50 seconds to dominate his opponent. He will try to do the same against Adam, another juvenile sensation who has already won 50 professional fights at the age of 17.
Zemfira Alieva and Norika Ryu, two unbeaten scrappers, will square off in a must-see strawweight MMA bout to start ONE Friday Fights 107.
In contrast to Alieva of Azerbaijan’s vicious finishing instincts and venomous hitting, Ryu of Japan will bring a dangerous, submission-hunting style to this matchup.
