IPL 2019 – Three all-rounders to look out for in this year’s IPL

Ben Stokes

England premier all-rounder is one of the best in the world. Though it didn’t go well in the first game for him, he is always going to be their trump card. He bowled four overs for 48 runs and took two wickets while in batting he came, smashed a six and then got out. Thus, it was a disappointing performance by him.

He had an average last season as per his class, but this time he would look to change fortunes for RR.

Stokes is influential in all the three departments which includes batting, bowling and fielding. He provides the much-needed balance for RR. His attacking and powerful striking, his intelligent bowling and athletic fielding makes him superior to the rest.

Can Stokes provide match winning performances? He certainly can because he has all the required abilities. It will be interesting to see what stokes is up to this year.

Hardik Pandya

His first game also was a poor one. His form has been in and out after that controversy happened.  He got out on duck and while bowling he gave away 41 runs for one wicket and that’s pretty unimpressive for a player like him. People know what he is capable of and thus, this is the time to show his class.

Mumbai Indians will be delighted for Hardik because he is looking more determined than ever. That’s a good sign for everyone.

He needs to step up and fire as both as a batsman and as a bowler. Because questions are now arising for the spot of the World Cup and there is a lot of competition involved, so he would like to have the best of IPL for himself.

Can he make his way back to the best? Well, there is no doubt because of his abilities.

Andre Russell

Two games nine sixes already with scores of 49 and 48 respectively, and four wickets in the pocket, what else do you need. That’s Andre Russell for you. He is in tremendous form.

Currently, he is one of the best all-rounders in twenty-twenty cricket, mainly because of his audacity to hit magnificent sixes out of nothing.

His consistent performances helped his team to get over the line two times and thus will look to continue that.

Can he continue his courageous hitting?  He is looking like a beast right now and would love to maintain that.
