IPL 2019: David Warner and Steve Smith to Play in Indian Premier League 2019

Just before the IPL starting on March 23, the IPL campaign of Sunrise Hyderabad and Rajasthan Royals has got more strength. Yes, the two great players David Warner and Steve Smith will be associated with their teams from March 29. Cricket Australia officially affirming that on March 28, the ban imposed on these two players is ending and immediately afterwards, both players can take part in the IPL and the World Cup after March 29.

Australia’s chief selector Trevor Houngs said, “The ban on Smith and Warner is ending on 28 March and both players have a good chance to return to the Australian side via the IPL. During this time, we are keeping an eye on both the players and it is important to join the team for the World Cup and the Ashes, that both players were banned for 1 year by Cricket Australia after the ball-tempering episode in South Africa. Immediately after that the BCCI had also banned both the players from playing IPL. Instead of both the players, replacing David Warner for Sunrisers in the IPL last year, England’s explosive batsman Alex Hales and Steve Smith for Rajasthan were replaced by South African wicketkeeper batsman Heinrich Klassen.

With the return of these two players, Hyderabad and Rajasthan will get the strength of the IPL campaign, but these two players will try to find a way to return to the Aussies through the IPL.
